The Queen Vic is named after the longest reigning Monarch in Great Britain’s history. Queen Victoria was monarch of the United Kingdom, Great Britain, Ireland and Empress of India. Queen Victoria is associated with Britain's great age of industrial expansion and economic progress.

At the peak of England’s power, it was often said that "the sun never sets on the British Empire" because its span across the globe ensured that the sun was always shining on at least one of its numerous territories.

The Queen Vic Pub & Kitchen is the second concept by Richard Di Virgilio chef/owner of Oporto Food and Wine Bar.

Our chef driven pub is owned & operated by Richard and his wife Shiva Patel (Executive chef). Our cuisine focuses on British and Indian inspired dishes, as well as some European comfort foods. This represents the diverse background of our chefs.
